A few things worth knowing.
A successful business outcome, such as creating an order, booking an appointment or sending a separate scheduled follow-up. A booking with its immediate confirmation and calendar mirror counts once. Lookups, ordinary replies, failed operations, retries and manual human edits do not consume actions.
Tokens measure the text Sky processes to answer messages, including input context and generated output. They are not messages: longer conversations can use more tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, with extra usage at $10 per million tokens.
No. Voice-session processing, tokens and the standard call summary are included in Sky call minutes. A successful business action during a call still uses one action. Carrier charges can apply separately.
The displayed plans and minute rates cover Sky usage. Carrier transport, phone numbers, applicable paid WhatsApp/SMS messages and taxes are separate. Review the actual provider rates for your configuration before activation.
Extra usage draws from your prepaid credit at the published rates. Automatic reload is off by default. At your budget limit or insufficient available credit, new chargeable operations pause and the configured human handoff remains available where supported.
Included minutes, actions and text tokens reset each monthly billing period. Purchased credit carries forward with no scheduled expiry and is usable with an active plan.
